I got a drug test coming up for a job this wensday. i smoke about a nickle of stress(i know its weak i get em for free) a day. ive been doing this for about 2 years now.The last time i smoked was about wensday at 4 am. i wanna know if the water purification tablets method works.i was reading a thread dat XTC put and it says that is a good way to clean yourself. If it doesnt work then what can i do i know i got till wensday probably even a week more since its a city job(parking attendant not a cop). I am about 5'8 245 and my metabolism is aight since i am only 19. i rarely excersize(no time i do music) and i eat pretty good i avoid alot of junk foods. CAN ANYONE HELP ME CUZ ITS DA FIRST INTERVIEW SINCE FEBUARY.

Water purification pills do not work, but large amount of pure water does. You have 2 basic choices.
1. continue to abstain from smoking. Read the dilution guidelines linked to in my signature. Load up on Creatine and with 7 days clean, you should pass with flying colors.

2. continue to smoke and substitute a clean sample. Employment test are not observed, so subbing a clean sample, after practicing it, is a piece of cake. Substitution guidelines are also linked to in my signature.

how much water should i b drinkin. i drink about 2 gallons a day. my family is full of diabetics so im scared shitless of getting the sugars. also what are foods that i can eat that are full of creatin cuz for some reason i only eat like once a day

Drinking a healthy amount of water daily is good for you, but excessive water in the days prior to your test won't help. Excessive water in the hours before a test will help.
As for the Barry Bonds question, ROFL!!! an herbal toker????
Sorry, but if all Barry used to bulk up was Creatine, he wouldn't be in the situation he's in now. Creatine is used by body builders, but it is not a steroid. It is VERY safe and not illegal.
Don't worry about getting Hulked out. It won't happen. Creatine loading is done because it is checked for in any lab urine validity test. Creatine metabolises into ceratinine and if your creatinine level in the urine validity test is below 20mg/dL, the sample is flagged as dilute and most times a second sample is requested. By preloading on Creatine, you can greatly reduce the possability of a dilute result.
As for foods high in Creatine, red meats top the list.

yes, you have enough time to clean out naturally. there is no set amount to drink...just drink water, cranberry juice or even beer until you can drink no more...then drink more as time is short here. i found diuretics help immensly too. i used "aqua ban" but any otc diuretic works. you also say you don't exercise...it would be wise to begin. do whatever it takes to raise your metabolism and work up a sweat as much as you can stand. the day of the test take creatine or vitamin b2 to add gravity back to your urine along with color...or 3-4 one-a-day vitamins will do the same...it all helps.

Del, with all due respect, 1 week is not generally enough time for a daily user to clean out naturally. While I do conceed that it is possable, IMHO it would be the exception and not the rule, if J3MiN1 is able to pass after just 7 days, naturally. Now with dilution at 7 days clean, I'd be astonished if he came up possitive. But without dilution,...well. THen again, maybe that's what you're saying and I'm just not understanding your post correctly.
J3MiN1, please do a home test the day before the test to see where you stand. If Del is right, GREAT! But if you are still hot, be ready to dilute.

MAN I HATE BEING LEGIT. so i guess smoking 2morrow around midday is out of the question. it used 2 b easy when i slang this shit when i didnt do any damn test. i went to my homeboys house wich are ex buisness partners (lol i make it sound like its a career) . they gave me enuff for a pretty big blunt. would i b able to still smoke and do the dilude because usually they do a criminal check before a drug so its probably till like next monday.???? please b quick i hate it when i gotta give my weed away. its like giving ur babies. and o yea ill make sure i take a test ill probably make my friend pee in a cup. how long can u keep piss in the fridge and how long can it stay warm without messing up? as i said i am completly ignorant to this whole drug test concept.

Ahh yes, the ole substitute a clean sample trick. My favorite. Substitution guidelines are linked to in my signature. Human urine should ALWAYS be kept in an air tight, leak proof container. It will keep at room/body temp for up to 8 hours, refrigerated up to 30 days and frozen up to 1 year. Personally, my clean pee goes directly into the freezer. Thaw and warm it with warm water to the 100-105 range, crotch it and your ready for the piss nazi's. Crotched properly, it will maintain a temp of 96 all day, but you need to practice this at home with a 2oz bottle of water. After you are comphy keeping the temp in the acceptable range, 90-100, with your practice bottle, your ready to go with your 2oz of clean urine for the test. Best of all, you don't have to quit smoking. Believe me, it's really pretty simple. I've done it dozens of times.
