Couple of cap fulls is all you need.

distilled water is fine.

Just make sure its baby shampoo and not stuff that has laurel sulphates, propoleyne glycols and other killer ingredients.

You should check to make sure the shampoo that you guys use on your head doesnt have that shit ether.

Oh....you will want to do this again in a week whether you see bugs or not.

If you see them again before them, re apply. If you see them 3X in a week, you will need some more serious killer......LISTERINE.....
