racist 'remarks in chat' be warned
It's a little harder to distinguish, but if it's clear that it's "street talk", I'll probably let it slide. This just one of those things I have to take on a case-by-case basis. I'm not going to solidify a specific rule, because there will always be exceptions and mitigating circumstances to take into account. It's like pornography: I cannot define it, but I know it when I see it.
