working with a local contractor doing roofing flooring and built a house in that summer. on the way to work would burn a joint, work for a little bit, stop burn another joint, work some more burn, lunch which was always 2 hours and would get baked before and after it. smoke a few more times in the afternoon, then go drink beer and smoke and play pool all night haha.

fun when on a roofing job, twice had someone stop for the day because they were to stoned to be on a roof.

now im in collage for an electricain, and half my class burns, so we all hang out together. what better job can you have then school? always time to burn between classes, and always lots of weed around.

I say whatever job doesn't drug test you up front (or ever)... and then keep the smokin' to your spare time.

Smoking at work is a waste of time IMO unless it's *absolutely* necessary for medical reasons.

The best stoner job is whatever makes you feel happy, fulfilled, and productive.

Totally agree. I work for the federal government. Unbelievably, I have never been subjected to a urinalysis and there are no randoms. My boss is based in another state and I am the only person from my organization at my post of duty. As long as I get the job done (which I do well), I get no interference or micro managing. Days go by without even hearing from my boss. I can pretty much come and go as I see fit and can take as many smoke breaks as I want (tobacco). I usually blaze a little cannabis in the morning before work and in the afternoon when I get home.

I think I have officially found the best stoner job.

You can smoke on the job, you get to listen to music the whole time, and drive around and eat snacks. Its PERFECT.

All I do is put flyers on mailboxes all day for a home decorating company. Its the shit!!!!!

It is illegal for anyone other than the owner of a mailbox, or the postal carrier, to put anything in a mailbox.

If you have flyers that you want to distribute, do it the honest way. Pay for postage on them, and send them through the mail.

Do not put them in or on other people's mailboxes; that's a federal offense.

I understand the humor, maybe I am being a bit to serious but in all reality, with current law, and knowing "stoners" in jail facing real time away from their friends and family, when the only "crime" was that they liked to get high like me and you.

This post just helps that "stoner stereotype". If you really want to get serious.... lol smoking pot and vandalizing "Federal USPS" property, will get you two federal felony's. With the right judge and jury, that is about a 10 year minimum sentence in a federal prison!

Not to bring anyone down, but value your freedom, understand the law, and have a good time doing what you do. Just don't take things for granted! Most important, lesson to learn, don't do stupid shit that will get your freedoms taken away! Pot is really expensive in jail!

earlier this year i worked for a vegetarian/vegan cafe that was owned by a dealer, was fucking ace! Everyone who worked there was a stoner and as long as you got the work done it didn't matter if you came in completely up on coke, having an acid trip or high as a kite.
Then it got taken over by two other dudes, one tight as a badgers arse and more of an arsehole than one who did absolutely no work ever and the other was cool, stoner, raver, organizer of free parties.
If it hadn;t have been for the fuckend who disliked me for whatever his dumbass reasons were i'd still be working there, god i loved that job! Never short of drugs at that place!

are you putting the flyers on the mailbox itself? i hope not cause if caught it is federal time your taking a risk on doing. its considered tampering, you might wanna ask your boss if he will pay your legal fees if you get caught-up, and yes it does actualy happen. my parents work with the u.s.p.s. for 30 plus years. :hippy:
