This will always be debated with sceptisicm and I would not expect less all i know is I have tried it and will never try it again.
PS dont need protection spells as have been fully confirmed by the church (Yes I am a Christian). This is protection enough.

I'm not going to flame you (ad hominem arguments are worthless). I'm just saying...fingertips moving a planchette over letters, and only working when the players of the game aren't blindfolded, just isn't overwhelming evidence for me. People's expectations can be very powerful. I'm skeptical to accept things that claim to contact some sort of "spirit world" without claiming to have a comprehensive theory on how it works. I'd be more convinced if I were presented with scientific mechanics behind how this board game supposedly connects events in this physical universe with a transcendential parallel universe of non-matter, non-energy "soul stuff". You know, something we could recreate in a laboratory and prove to the satisfaction of the scientific community that this is indeed what is going on. There must be some explainable mechanical secret behind contacting this parallel universe, some reason why the living human brain can access it and channel it into changes in our physical universe, but something inorganic like a rock couldn't.

I see human fingertips moving a device to create intelligible messages (when not blindfolded), but that does not necessarily imply that a transcendental parallel universe of non-matter, non-energy "soul stuff" exists that is somehow only accessible through the "power of the human mind". Saying that this undetectable parallel universe of "soul stuff" is controlling the planchette through the human minds involved is an unfalsifiable hypothesis, and thus scientifically unverifiable. Occam's Razor would suggest that if we can explain things while not making unverifiable, extravagant claims (such as this undetectable parallel universe), we ought to. Intelligible messages coming from intelligent beings is nothing surprising. If the spirits could move the planchette on their own, that'd be something! But it seems the only matter and energy they can modify in our universe is limited to the brains of (non-skeptical, non-blindfolded) humans for some reason.

In the meantime, you might want to try researching how and where in the brain this parallel universe supposedly coincides with our own. I would be fascinated to see how matter and energy in the brain's neural network could be manipulated by forces outside the laws of physics.
