I pull up to the apt. complex where I get shit from as a last resort right down the street if I dont feel like driving. Well, I pull up and I see my dude, I also see a cop car up the way, and two people outside down the way. He walks up pretending to be scared, acting like he's talkin on a cell phone, freakin out... sayin those people just asked him for weed, and this cop car is scaring him and shit. Well, I say "you want me to just come back man? Don't risk the shit then" and he's like nahhhh, just go for it, its straight, so I hand him the 20 and he tosses a bag in the car, and I dont even look at; I was just tryin to get out of there cause I was high at the time, and this was all scetchy as hell. I rode out of the complex, and turn on my dome light and look at the bag, its a sealed bag of tobacco. For 20 dollars, the dude hasn't had his phone on in 2 days. WHAT THE FUCK... I was pissed, Im still pissed.

I know where he lives (with parents) yes... eventhough he's like 27 years old. Fuckin loser. What should I do that's not too drastic over $20? I was thinkin about anonymous tip to the po-po. I dont know... its just FUCKED up that someone would rob somebody for $20. Fuck that....

Why don't you just tell him he sold you fucking tobacco and you did not ask him for ciggerettes, that he needs to make it right with you or word will get around how he is ripping people off now. While that might just piss off a few weed smokers the base heads he rolls with might shank his ass for playing the same game.

The counterfeit idea is awesome though, and I would use a 50 for extra rippage. (and iu might want to pass a few to some other ppl to spread the rippage around, make sure a few desperate crack heads get fakes) If he is that big of a loser, he shouldn't be too hard to fool.
