I found that taking 8 benedryl pills helped me fall asleep. But I really don't like taking artificial chemicals to sleep too often.

I've been smoking weed everyday since last summer and now im not allowed to smoke and this is my secound day without any weed i feel weird...i dont feel sober. More hyper and i cant see corectly. How long till this dies down? And how long till that craving in the morning stops? Really makes the whole thing more difficult.
