Drinking and driving is fucked up... no doubt about that, and it was the ROOT of what happened here, but there are other factors. Police chases are inheriently dangerous, but that doesn't mean that the suspect is responsible for ALL damages along the way ESPECIALLY if they police were being reckless. As the defense attourney said, we haven't heard the full story yet. I'm sorry for the loss of the police officer and I feel for his family. That doesn't mean that it wasn't his own, or another officers fault.

if you drive drunk and you run from the law
and someone dies becuase YOU dint pull your ass over and take your medicine for your actions
well you just killed a person for a fucking useless selfish reason

i dont think the cops are cool in any way ,they are people with the same dam problems most have,they do reckless shit,but the fact is
one guy ran,when doing wrong and about to be cuaght at it,
and someone died becuase of his actions.
that shit aint cool to me,cop or no cop.
i want the fucking drunks off the roads,Me included when drinking
so the lesson here is DONT DRINK and DRIVE
