just one thing i want to know is if the cops car hit another cop car how is it the kids fault, now im not sticking up for him drink driving is one of the things i hate the most but if it was the rookie cop hitting another cop car its not the kids fault unexperienced drivers r more likely to crash, especially in a high speed chase

Well..it's like Judge Judy says: "But for your actions..we would not be here..."

If the boy hadn't chose to drive with an open container..none of this would be happening..or would have happened. If he hadn't chose to flee..this would not have happened. In order to determine responsibility..one must look at the root cause.
