Remember with shame when the FBI spied on Martin Luther King, Jr. and John Lennon? Remember when progressives and many republicans/conservatives said the Patriot Act and post-9/11 executive power grab might infringe on American's civil liberties? Well, the sky is falling, chicken little, according to a recent Justice Department admission. And, not too surprising, it isnt right wing militias and neo-nazi groups at the top of the FBI's list.

In spite of their defense of right-wing wacko rush limbaugh, the ACLU has been monitored by the FBI. I guess upholding the Constitution is so September 10th! Also on the list, those whale loving Greenpeace activists!

Remember that scene in F-911 when the peace group from San JOse (comprising of mostly cookie-eating senior citizens) proved they were infiltrated... and in the same film, the guy who made a locker room comment at the gym about the treatment of Iraqis who was detained by the gov't.... and that highschool band visited by the Secret Service for playing an anti-Bush song at their highschool's talent show? Well, the madness continues and now our own government is owing up to it.

I think that the big brother should stay out of our business and our lives. You think that there won't be any disidence, hah! think again. I hope that some people, if not, all of us would fight this shit to the bitter end. I spern and spit on this kind of crap, and I won't stop standing up for our constitutional rights.
