My plant is sick, need other advice...

    high all,

Hope all is well today ...I currently have growing one of the smallest plants yet. I topped this bitch about 3 weeks ago so the bottom buds could finish. I go and check on her this morning, and now I'm seeing yellow dots, and blotches on the leaves. I did some research and I think it may be a ph lockup. It's no big deal, she's coming down in a few days anyways, I just want to know for future grows.

I have been using 15-30-15 every 4 days. I use it at only half strength as I don't want to pump my plant full of chemicals. As you can see from the pics, it isn't starting, or burning from the tips, but rather in the middle of the leaf, and there are yellow dots all over the plants leaves. If anyone knows what this is, please post your comments. Thanks! Peace.

    Nute burn.

Plant doesnt have enuff foilage to process the nutes you are giving her. Cut off nutes and finish her up.

Never top in the middle of flowering either.

How long did you veg by the way???

Thanks, I have already started flushing her.

This is not the first time I've topped during flowering, I've had excellent results doing so, there is nothing wrong with it. I don't listen to what the "books" have to say. As long as your plant is healthy enough and the shock won't kill her, it's okay. It isn't the same technique as topping during veg, to get a more 'bushy' plant. My grow teacher, who has been growing since the mid-70's, told me this technique is quite alright. The problem was, the top cola was stealing all of the light, so the bottom budsites weren't getting enough light. So instead of harvesting a half done plant, I just top it, let the other buds finish, then harvest again. I get 2 or 3 harvests instead of one half-assed harvest. It takes only about a week to fully recover from the clip, it is quite alright.

I vegged for only 3 weeks before I put her into the bloom cycle.

Well as far as topping during flowering, I still think it will do more harm than good....

The main kola is the power generator for the entire plant...

And, repeated testing in labs show the highest concentration of THC can be found at the TIPS of the BUDS...

but, if I could grow 40 of those lil plants in place of my 2...i might just give it a whirl......

Didnt mean to diss your grow brother, i think those short budded babies are the shit.

Curious as to the potency of them though as 3 weeks veg is a lil premature.

I do hope you get a good stone though...

And yes...I do love your lil girls.

I didn't take any offence to what you said, don't worry about bro!

That is true though, the top bud does fuel the rest of it. I don't want a half done plant though, that's the thing. I see it this way: If I cut the main cola, the buds may slow in growth, but they will finish. If I don't top it, the THC will begin to break down on the main cola as the bottom budsites are not near done. So I chop the finished cola, let the plant finish. To me, that's better than harvesting the whole thing, and being left with premature buds towards the bottom. I've had good results doing it.

Again, I took no offense what-so-ever to what you said. No problem! I like to hear good and bad things about it, it helps me for future grows.

Do you have this problem ever? Where the top finishes before the bottom? I'm curious to know what others do in this situation. I've seen your CUNT you fuckin WHORE! They are looking good.

I dont have them finish at different times.

A plant reaches a certain peak for THC production as a whole....not at particular bud sites.

While flowers may bloom and mature at different points in time, the THC is produced by the chemistry of the plant as a whole...hence the harvesting based upon averages.

But generallywhen the main kola is ready, all the other buds...developed or not....are ready too.

However, you may indeed increase overall harvest yeild, but I do not believe the potency will increase to the smaller lower buds because of the main kola being chopped off.

    Interesting dichotomy though huh?

THanks for comps for the WHORE and the cum slucking CUNT.
