If you re-read the story,he says that the cops had their hands resting on the pistols..not drawn. When cops respond to a noise complaint or a domestic violence call,they don't know what's on the other side of the door and they would be smart to have their weapons ready for anything.

I once had a cop,pull his gun on me and my family,after I drove around a street construction barrier and a city employee said that I tried to run him over,I was drove slowly around the barrier and didn't even come that close to the city employee..I was taking my daughter to the bathroom at Jack-in-the-Box,and that's where the cops surrounded me and one of them pointed a gun at me..that was way out of line,in my opinion and pissed me off mightily..was the cop justified in drawing his weapon ? Maybe..but if you're a cop,you never know whom you will face and whether or not-they are armed..or dinged out on hard drugs or wasted on alcohol.

I find that the tactical approach of the cops,was somewhat lacking,one cop should have stood back out of the possible line of fire,in order to protect his partner better..but then,I'm a veteran,with a soldier's mind-set,and can't help but to think that way.

Riverside Ca Sherriff department are known for thier illegal entry on holmes that they suspect Meth may be consumed or sold.I seen your pic bro they are gonna profile you now.Fight that Fucking Ticket,Go to court they probaly wont show.Take my advice beeing from Riverside and having a cop not like me(no names hahaha)they are mad that you did not give them entry & said the word warrant.you can bet that they are thinking of they can get access to your pad.Just a suggestion "get rid of the Dope" I mean dont get all paranoid,but keep an eye out for em.Their spy team is e-z to see they think they are smart,but we know better killa.

Ya un i hear you lol they wouldnt find anything if they came in here even with a dog, i dont have anything in here haha I keep all my stash in the basement of my shed, and they have never searched it before Next time your gonna cruise over there let me know, ill see if i can meet ya over there for a smoke out I live on a col-de-sac at the very very end and not many strangers come up here its kinda hard to find, so new cars and random people walkin around will be easy to spot lol i can see me lookin like Spider Mike from SPUN all crazy lookin out the window "holy fuck is that the cops oh shit my bad thats a fly on the window"

Torog...its kinda funny to read soemone say to turn your music down, i had it the same volume since i went to sleep, and its not even high enough to make it to my front door, cops showed up my music was at the same volume as it was for the last 10+ hours. I spose youd also be one to say that people shouldnt be allowed to smoke in public either cuz somene might not like it, America man its a real bitch huh?
