When to clear the bowl

... no thats when there is nothing burnable at the top. If you have a deep bowl there can be lots of fresh green underneath.

wow u guys are great im sittin high here reading and just wanted to say that ive just went throught the same shit not jknowing if thw bowl is cashed or not.

i blow across the top of the bowl and it knocks the loose and useless (burnt) out.
