i posted a nit fit about 5 days ago, and guess what, I GOT SOME CIGSS, sorry to laugh at you, the best thing to do is take your mind off of it, stay ina calm quiet place, and maybe watch tv, surf the web, anything to keep you occupied, and i heard a trick my friend does, he gets a tin of beef jerky, puts it in as a dip, and convinces himself its chew, its actually worked as a placebo for him for about 2 days, i recomend it
