I tried it yesterday but was too stoned and tired to follow it 100%. I felt the body numbness after a little while, it felt like I was spinning through a see of black clouds or something. But once the dialogue ended I was just bored listening to ambience so it obviously hadn't worked. Dang!

Gonna try again some time this week. I looked up the links and am also gonna try to teach myself how to lucid dream. An dealer of mine did that over time and found it a pretty crazy ability.
