My dreams are fairly vivid as it is, long in duration and in full color...I love it! I have had several lucid dreams. Ussually if I don't wake up when I realize I am dreaming I start to test limits, I know I can do anything I want, but ussually it involes picking something up and smashing it against the wall, like a couch or somenting. Other times I fly. If you are thinking about natural things to help with lucid dreaming the best thing I have taken is the Calea Zacatechichi, I was also using percocet at the time and I am sure those had an effect.
