Montreal Just for Laughs festival

This weekend, one of the coolest festivals the world has ever seen is taking place in Montreal.

Picture this: a part of downtown is closed to traffic. It is the filled with street artists, magicians, comedians and all sorts of entertainers from all over the world. Everywhere you look, something funny or cool is going on. Also, if you're willing to shell out about $10, you can go see a great line-up of stand up comics who'll make you bust a gut laughing. Being stoned amplifies the effects by a factor of about 10. There's even a section in a park that's fillled with all sorts of games that anyone can play, like checkers, chess, scrabble, and quiz games (sort of like Jeopardy, just take an empty seat, pick up a buzzer, and have fun!).

Seriously, if anyone's looking for a place to go for a week or two, come to Montreal, there's isn't a festival in the world like this! Seriously, check out the web site, http://www.hahaha.com

I watch Just For Laughs on TV all the time, I'd love to make the trek out to montreal and get ripped enjoy the festival and make a trip to the rippers and the bars

Plus, twice a week, there's a fireworks competition going on, on Saturdays and Wednesdays... The most amazing displays I've ever seen, and they last for about 30 minutes each... Being ripped and lying down on the streets (which are closed, of course ) and watching these amazing works of art is freakin' amazing...
