So, here i am thinking me and mr. irie can blaze tonight....you know, a little happy birthday to us kinda thing (sounds good!). My brother in law, his girlfriend and baby are supposed to come tomorrow--they've decided that they are coming TONIGHT. Totally ruining my plans, as mr. irie would NEVER EVER smoke around his family. And, as expected, he told me not to either.

I still say me and my OTHER b-i-l's girlfriends could AND SHOULD smoke up over the weekend....us stay at home mom's NEVER get a break. Should make out to be an interesting weekend. LOL

Oh, IA, I hope you have fun anyway!! It'll be OK, I promise, maybe you'll get some free time to smoke tomorrow. I hear ya about the stay at home mom business....nobody ever seems to understand that. They think we should be all happy and doing cartwheels because we "don't work".

Last night I went to a concert with my bestfriend. It was a blast. The only downer came at the end of our fun. She got a little pissy with me because afterwards when we were bar hopping, I said some things to her ex boyfriend. Whatever. She said I was "too hard on him" and "kind of yelling at him" and do I always have to be so outspoken.... Um, OK, I'm not a doormat, if somebody pisses me off I let them know, loud and clear. She'd rather let people walk all over her and never say a word. I'd much rather people think I am a bitch than a push over.

And, I didn't even say a fraction of what I wanted to say to him. I really would've much rathered dragging him out into the parking lot and beat him mercilessly over the head with my high heel shoe. Oh, and I did not yell, I just made it clear that I see right through his bullshit and now that he screwed my friend over, he must deal with the rath of Mary.

Actually, we had quite a bit of fun on Saturday. My brother in law's girlfriend (Jean) and I started with some Strawberry Daqueris, packed with rum and vodka...and the jello shots too. Other bro in laws girlfriend sat in my living room, pouting, watching tv and NAPPING from 11 am to 6 pm. Too much drama for me. So Jean and I smoked some, and had a blast. Even mr. Irie came along for some smoke!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!! That just tickled me PINK, I tell ya! So we had 6 kids here, ranging from newborn to 7 years old. Hooked up the slip n slide, the sprinkler, and an inflatable pool, and they were in heaven all day.

Cooked some moose meat on the grill....yes, MOOSE. Actually, it was quite tasty. Did the other standard cook out items....built a fire down by the creek, and did corn on the cob right in the fire. YUM! You know, I am beginning to think that ANYTHING tastes good when you have the munchies!

All in all, lots of fun, and TONS of cleanup yesterday. But I guess that's how you know you've really had a party, right???????

It's a lot of fun and I am excited because this is the first time I've been involved in it.
