Lights
how much have ur plants grown? and how many plants?
if you haven't grown'm yet, start with fluro's.. they'll be efficient.
if they've been under that, upgrade to HPS.. 250 watts should definitely be efficient.Any posts made by me are purely fictional in nature and by no means is anything I say to be taken seriously.
