im gowin my plants this type of way........

and i mean the water level is the same level as where the rock wool is, and i believe that is right, the 400w HPS light was aprox 1m away from the plants so ive prob fried them :S

any1 know the best way 2 recover them? or a good way to get your plant into flowering quickly please.
