I think he was making reff. to the fact that we are all different and drugs effect people in different ways ie if you say for instance LSD when you take it you will see this.....when in effect no one can predict, this is especially true with hallucinogenics,this is because our brains are all hard wired differently and our life and experiences are not the same...now do you get the picture
