Your lucky the prosecuter (sp?) didn't ask for a continuance. Thats what happens around here if a cop doesn't show up. They can even do it a couple times if the cop doesn't show up.

Then the judge asked what happened and i told him how i wasnt doing anything wrong and the cop searched me and my wallet even though i said "i dont consent to a search". And since the cop wasnt there to defend himself the judge dismissed the case and i didnt even pay a fine! :) Rating: 5
