dont police have the right if there is probable cause or something and dont need consent? and you plead guilty but the judge decided to not punish you? and it was for posession, even though just a gram? well, a very "unique" story and i hope if i ever get busted for anything i am in the city and state you are..
ickystkyme Reviewed by ickystkyme on . SUCCESS IN COURT!!!!!! Hey i just got back from court and i won. At first i said guilty. Then the judge asked what happened and i told him how i wasnt doing anything wrong and the cop searched me and my wallet even though i said "i dont consent to a search". And since the cop wasnt there to defend himself the judge dismissed the case and i didnt even pay a fine! :) Rating: 5
