SUCCESS IN COURT!!!!!!
Your lucky the prosecuter (sp?) didn't ask for a continuance. Thats what happens around here if a cop doesn't show up. They can even do it a couple times if the cop doesn't show up.

What a joke. I wish I could be like "Sorry I didn't make it into court I slept late" and then they say "Ok np I understand we'll just make a new date for about 4 months in the future!!"

I think theres some statuate of limitations (or some bullshit) that says the court has 180 days to prosecute for traffic violations. I have once succeeded in filing enough continuances that there time ran up and i was not able to be prosecuted. Just a fucking speeding ticket. 112mph in a 65. the cop was there EVERY single court date. hahaha. OWNED.
