Wondering is this a fert burn?

Wondering is this a fert burn? lack of a certain fert?,I have been using peters..20/20/20,,,,,,,,,,but note that it is a new batch of soil therfore may have already been loaded with nutes!,anyhow it's been like three waterings since I used a little fert,do you think it will clear up after a good flushing?,just worried about flushing right now based on the idea that maybe I would only end up releasing more nutes into the soil, anyhow what do you guys think..ph is good and I have them under a 1000w hps in flower cycle about a week now from 7 inch clones......

Do a quick flush 3 times the volume in water or use a commercial flusher.

It looks more like toxic salt build up. Very common condition, new nutrients are added to the existing nutrients and that combination is where the toxic salt build up occurs.
