i make that mintini out of BOSTON peppermint schnapps from the liquor store, though i'd imagine the extract would be the same except you'd have to add a LOT of sugar to it, add the sugar to it at room temperature and shake it in for about 30 minutes and it'll eventually dissolve....that shit would be bitter without it though because they don't put sugar in it...

an even better twist would be to add chocolate syrup and stir well, mocha mintini....
