Holy crap, I did this last night and it actually works better for astral projection than lucid dreaming, but I got to a point where I could have gone in either of those directions if I wanted. I was about halfway out of my body, feeling my physical face with my astral hands, while my physical hands were fast asleep. Oh my god dude, this is the most effective track I've tried yet. I think having a guy talk to you and give you step-by-step instructions helps, I get lost when it's just brainwaves.

i tried it and was just really relaxed i think i have to do it more often to fall asleep

I think you have to do it when your really tired, I tried it last night, I can see how it could definately work, I was just to high I couldn't fall asleep. DAMN THE HASH
