Bayer potting mix from lowes?

I Found this bayer soil mix in lowes that has perlite, moss, lime ,and wetting agent to add to soil. Anyone know of this? It seems to have all the right ingredients for proper mixing. I added more perlite to the soil with it for my soil grow setup? about 50/50 soil to perlite???

The only thing I see is Forest compost? That I would look out for. Only because you don't really want twigs, other roots and ? in your soil. In small amounts there are no problem but some of makers (not this one from what I can tell) use anything they can and that can cause problems. You get roots from other plants and twigs, leaf matter and who knows what else.

The main thing is they don't have any nutrients added so that gives you more control.
