I don't go to the gym, I work out at home three times a week. I do strength training 3x a week, Pilates 3x a week (2 beginner workouts and 1 advanced).

If I had to worry about going out to a gym, I would never get up the desire to go (especially with how hot it has been lately, in 90+ degree weather, it's even a chore worrying about going out and getting food...)
