Unidentified Mushroom

Today I was bored so I decided to go mushroom hunting again! Yeah! I found so many different species. It's a really cool thing. I like learning about this stuff. Anyways, one of them (out of like 15) I was trying to identify (I used internet and everything!) .. I couldn't find anything about it anywhere.
I found it by itself on a mound of dirt and stuff.
It's about two inches tall and has a cone shaped cap that is colored redish-brown (it started turning orange while drying) with blotches of white.
The stem, I believe is solid and white.
It didn't turn blue when I cut it.
The cap was very gooey like someone had blew their nose all over it. .

I just want to know what it is.. I'm not going to eat it or anything haha.

In other news, I was thinking about growing myself. I know how it's very easy.

Oh and something else I've been wondering... What are all the drugs that have LSA or LSD in them. I of course know the obvious (Morning Glory Seeds, Acid) but I'm trying to get a better understanding of what's out there.
