Bending Vs. Pruning
BTW, just an afterthought, I have always found that there is a small 4-5 day lag time in growth when you bend. What I have started doing on a few is sex, then bend and prune. This way the 5 day lag time includes the repair of the top. And when I top, I just clip off the last itty bitty growing node, this way only 1/8in. is lost and the other node takes off much more easily and within 5 days.
I enjoy spiraling and "S" training my plants.
