Bending Vs. Pruning
BTW, just an afterthought, I have always found that there is a small 4-5 day lag time in growth when you bend. What I have started doing on a few is sex, then bend and prune. This way the 5 day lag time includes the repair of the top. And when I top, I just clip off the last itty bitty growing node, this way only 1/8in. is lost and the other node takes off much more easily and within 5 days.
I enjoy spiraling and "S" training my plants.

the spiral thing is cool and can definitely free up some space for you.i think im just going to lst them when they get going, maybe ill try pruning next time.
