Max high???

I got a simple question for all the smart pple on cannabis.com

Can u get as high as possible from smokin so much pot? Ive been smoking pot for about a year now and I always smoked as much pot as possible at once so I could get really F*cked up. But i recently herd from a friend that smoking a ton of pot will get me to the same place that i would get to if i smoked alot of pot instead of a ton of pot because their is a max high and u cant get ne higher then that. Is this true I hope not cuz that ruins the bragging rights of telling everyone how high u got.
I hope this makes sense cuz im a bit stoned at the moment.

ive never heard of that, ive always gotten higher and higher each time i try. But tryin costs me a lot of weed:-/

You know, i'm not sure. I don't think there is a limit but I did smoke 6 bowls last night and I was out of it, more then normal. Maybe there is, but I haven't reached it yet.

It's different with each strain. Some strains have a low "ceiling", some have a high one and some seem to have no ceiling at all.

Yah, that's what happens to me to. I end up not being able to suck the pipe. I get to high. But it only happens when I'm alone for some reason.

Usually for me I'll have a few bowls in the morning and then I'll have a big session with a bunch of my friends and smoke until I can't speak. And then for the rest of the day every time I'm smoke I'll never actually get high again. It will just bring my buzz back a little bit.

Interesting question. I too have reached that point where I didn't seem to get any higher as I kept smoking. My guess is that I probably was getting higher, but being that stoned couldn't really perceive the changes anymore.

This makes sense if you think about it. Especially when you consider the fact that as you continue to smoke, the percentage of increased thc in your body gets smaller and smaller with each hit. If you've only had one hit and take another you've doubled the amount of THC ( increased it by 100%). If you've taken 10 hits though and take another it's only an increase of 10%. The more hits the smaller the increase and by that time your so baked it doesn't matter anymore.
