*sigh*
What type of mp3 player is it?
Do you have an cables that came with it?
Is there any software that came with it?
Are there batteries in the mp3 player?
Is the mp3 player on?
Are the songs in an acceptable format?
We have to have a place to work from here...

From a brief glace (aka I could be wrong) at a few websites it appears you need software. If I knew the model number I could tell you for sure.

What are the names of the files? NOT the names of the songs, the names of the FILES. if they're something like SONG123.MP3, that is the correct format. If they're anything else, like SONG123.CDA, you need a format converter. Many are free.
Specifically, we need to know the extension - the three (or sometimes four) lets after the "." in the filename, such as MP3, WMV, CDA or whatever.
