i think it may need a bigger pot to stop the droopyness. do you see any roots coming out of the bottom of the pot? or it could be overwatering. do you let the soil get nice and dry before you water? as for the bugs, i would go and buy some insecticidle soap for fruits and veggies at wal-mart or whatever. i am not shure of the exact measurements for the home made solution, but it's probably like about a drop or two of soap in a liter or two of water.....something really dieluted(sp). some neem oil would do the trick as well.

BTW, if you don't have any grow lights i would leave it outside all the time unless there's a huge storm. it will start to flower soon and will need to be outside.
