some pics would be helpfull, but what do you mean by wilted? are they droopy, green, yellow, shrivled, spotted, ect.

i would not remove any leaves unless they are dead and will pull off with a slight yank. removeing the healthy leaves will harm your plant because that's what the plant uses to produce energy to grow.

be shure that you have a bug problem before useing a soap mixture or insecticide. dish soap and water can be used.
