The late harvest will not last as long and affect you in a different way. It's fun to play with harvest times sometime.
Happy growing

NOT LAST AS LONG !!!!!!!! The sample yesterday seem to last about 4 hours give or take and kind of trippy. like CHONG said, hey man what's in that stuff, no, no don't tell me let it be a surpise. My eyes are on the trichomes my eyes are on the trichomes. Wednesday is a good day to die just not for me sorry girls. The next ones will be redheads. I like redheads. So is there any truth to letting them stay in total darkness for the last 2 or 3 days ???

Leaving your plants in teh dark for the last 2-3 days is a very good technique, while your plants are in the dark they are producing THC. If you put them in hte dark for 2-3 days , you will have a high % of THC on your bud, DO NOT leave in the dark for longer than 3 days ... bud mold AHHH.

Holly crap batman, my orange bud beans have germed and are coming up. 2 going into 3 days. They are dutch passion from dr chronics awsome. I didn't think they would germ that fast. I hope to have them to harvest by xmas but that will be a new thread. Turned my lights down to 10/14 and then 2 days of dark thursday and friday. My boy spends the night at grandmothers friday. I can work on harvest saturday morning with out him seeing them. work, work, work. I love this kind of work. What's the difference between 50 a quarter and a 100 a quarter ? LOL. Give up ? A good pair of siccors. It don't matter it's all going to stay with me except for a little to rub in my brother and brother in laws face. Always leave them begging for more ( Mae West) Damn Am I that old hardly anyone knows who that is. Probably no one knows where my name LOC NAR comes from. It was a cult like movie for us at one time. Do you know ?

Almost he end of a good story. I am tired been up all night having fun trimming. Just a couple pic's before they went down and a few after and trimmed. Ass load of leaf, now I know why you make hash. There was a good plate full of sparse bud didn't show that but will count it in the final wieght. I tried a few of the sparse ones last night late when trimming and damn, parinoia will destroy ya. I can't wait to try the big nuggets. I maybe able to increase yeild by 10 to 20 percent with more side light and some reflective walls, lower buds could have been fatter but hey first hydro grow. First 2 orange bud seeds came up, stem turn dark kind of purple and fell over and died, first time ever for me don't know. 6 more coming up now doing better, maybe to much water on the first ones.

Just a quick update to end the saga. Not as much as I expected, I have 111 grams of pure fat bud manicured to the max. Sticky and cured. Burns real good in a joint a real trippy high for 3 to 4 hours. All in all for first hydro and first kind bud I have grown. I think it's great. wish I could hit a bong , but my lungs can't take it. This is 3 hit crippler. I know and will change some things for better yeild on next one. As one life ends another begins. My first 2 orange bud beans died real quick on me, they came up collasped the stem and died. The same way I germinated hundreds of them. I started 6 more and they just went into the system and are hanging in there about a week old.
Anyways thanks to all the peeps that helped me. It can only get better. I will start another tread when they are worth looking at or I have a problem. LOL

Thanks Garden Knowm, Cutting the roots really didn't set it back at all, the stem got a little thicker. my side lights did help on 1 side but the least productive was on the other side by the light. the 2 in front without any reflective walls did poor while the 2 in back with the white wall did real good. lots of lower buds. I have raised it up off the floor to be able to get to it easier and cool the res tank. Thinking about more and different side lighting. Also going to try GH 3 part nutes this time. What the best bloom nute to go with those any one ? will T5's help much for flower side lights ? Still learning. Thanks again

Next time try bud blood from advanced nutrients you only use it the first week of flowering then switch to Advanced Big bud to finish along with GH 3 part. Don't forget the calmag plus, H²o² and B1 as well and I think you will see an improvement in your yield. I see you have figured out quality light is a main requirement for quality buds.
You did a great job
