If it's an oblong white pill, center scored, it is 600 mg gabapentin (generic Neurontin), according to this. Gabapentin is primarily an anti-seizure medication, but is also used to treat certain types of neuropathic pain. See thsi page for more information. Allergic reactions are possible. I do not recommend that you take it.
