hey, i weigh 125 pounds, and im no taller than 5"5. I stopped for maybe 5-7 days around the 25 of last month. smoked a few bowls a day after then. Also after that. one time including 4 days ago. What can I do as in eating habbits with drinking requirements.

P.s. im talking about THC

Eat low fat, high fiber untill 2-3 days befor the test, then reverse it to high fat. low fiber. Read the dilution guidelines linked to in my signature.

Stop smoking now, drink as much water as you can swallow the day of the test, and pray! You may make it, you're skinny, and you have a little time, but give up and decide to smoke a bowl, you're toast. Because you have court doesn't nessecarily mean you get a UA, but assume it does.
