no more than 5 seconds i used to be able to hold it longer but after 25-30 yrs of smoking 2 -3 packs of marlboro reds a day i dont really have much lung power left

how long can you hold your breath underwater? i hold mine in as long as i can and i'm usually too stoned to count how long it's been. i'll try to next time though just to see.

Well it depends with me if i'm in a rush I'll hold it for about 5-7secs but if I can just be a couch potato i'll try and hold it in as long as possible but the again it's just how i'm feeling on the day.

As long as I feel but usually 5-10 secs with something smoote,if its something like a gravity bucket I cant keep that shit in long especially if I cleared a 2 litre chamber.

i keep it in until i think its all been absorbed. Usually when you can hold it in and blow out no smoke, your gonna be fucking blazed.

usually i'll hold it in for 3-5 seconds but, when i'm showing off i'll hold it in for a minute and blow out nothing.

the best is an elevator hit. what you do is, squat down, slowly rise up while hitting the pipe, blunt, whatever. then hold it in and exhale...you'll start to feel really fucked up and probably blackout. it's the shit.
