Personally, I believe the best way to light an indoor grow:

VEG STATE TO 4 weeks.....GOOD CFL'S.
VEG STATE BEYOND 4 weeks....MH
FLOWER STATE....HPS & MH 2:1 respectively.

I just picked up a Sensi Supersmoke seed and I planted it unter 2 10watt lights and its also below my 250watt HPS. Im doing soil growing and I want to know what I can do with this seed if theres a good strain or any way to improove the potency or quality of this bud. Thanks.
