Ok I uped it to 286 mg. I'm startin to feel a little dizzie and am feelin just a little drunk. I had to take some stuff with acinominophen in it and psheudo because I am out of vicks44 which had nothin but dxm in it. So I need a question answered QUICK about acinompinophen because the rest that I got left has acinominophen in it. How much acinominophen can I take safely in mg's without haveing probs? I'm at 286 mg now and need to up it to 310 mg of dex. PLZ ANSWER THIS.

acetominophen (tylenol) is virtually harmless.

Apparently acetominophen is just hard on the liver. So if you take a lot regularly your liver will get fucked. But if you take like 200mg now and never again I'd say it ain't a problem.

Are you sure I should have a sitter? I was planning on doing it during the day and possibly spend some of it walking outside in a field, considering I have no class tommorrow and most people I know are out of town.

you shouldn't need a sitter for around 300 mg...i took 300 mg and i weighed 110 lbs. at the time, very small boy...and i was fine, someone was here, but i would have been fine without him...i could get up and walk around, take a piss (though it doesn't come out very easy for a guy, don't know about girls), smoke a bowl, whatever...you would probably just want to have someone handy, at least a phone call away, in case it's too intense, 'cause i won't lie, it's pretty intense...
