Budhownd, you do know you could run a 600w in the space you have. If you got 2 fans running, one facing towards your plants and light and another facing an open window , and another one outside of your closet circulating cool-fresh air. This is only if you can keep your closet door open. If not, buy 2 portable fans and ductape them to the topleft and topright corners of your closet and run them when ever your light is on your plants.

I've read that anywhere from 25-50 watts per sq ft. is neccessary to grow good green. I have a closet, 12 ft. sq. total. I was thinking about 3 or 4 plants to start. I'd say a 600w HPS light would be the best bet. On another site I found that a 400w HPS light is more than adequate to grow 4 plants in a 16 sq. ft. room. What should I believe? I want to Rating: 5
