Sure, you can reduce the risks. But, you can never completely eliminate them. For example, weed has been linked to triggering panic attacks in some individuals. While not really life-threatening, these panic attacks can at times be severe enough to represent an increased risk of heart problems for those with blood pressure or other coronary problems. Eating or vapping the stuff won't mitigate this risk any.

But, personally, I don't worry about it. The risks are still very low compared to other substances one could ingest, like cocaine, for instance.

One time My ex got stoned after getting stung by a bee on the lip, and he had an anxiety attack...he called 911 and everything...It freaked me out because I was stoned off my ass riding in the ambulance trying not to laugh, not at him..because it wasn't really all that funny, but laugh because the noise was kind of funny,and the paramedics were saying"How big was the bee"And he said"Oh it was a freaking hornet, huge"And I was like....It was a sweat bee....(and no he isn't allergic to bees)and the paramedic smirked and was like....well...your probably allergic(my ex was 300 lbs and 6'8)Big guy right?It was really funny, but I was trying hard not to laugh again...not at him but at the whole sitiution, i was laughing cause i was paranoid,and laughing because I was afraid I was going to get busted over some silly shit like this..over a sweat bee.

The moral of the story.......

It was the weed that gave him an aniexty attack on top of the little bee sting.So yea it could happen, i done forgot what i was really trying to get at,I'm sorry I rudely stepped in....

Man, I'm so ridiculous when it comes to bongs & other people's interesting smoke-artifacts, lol. I usually smoke alone, & my own lil bowl is very simple. So when I finally do find others to smoke with I'm always like, 'ok, how does this thing work?'

I used to try to fake it, but I generally ended up looking silly. So now I'm old enough to just not care. I just ask away, & anyone who's actually paying attention just gets a lil giggle. It's fun to be the entertainment.

Well, I wouldn't go that far. Inhaling smoke from any burning substance is arguably damaging to the lungs, particularly if done heavily and frequently. However, weed is undoubtedly one of the safer drugs out there. But one should understand there are some risks to ingesting nearly any substance. Nothing is 100% safe for everyone, at all times. Period. Anyone who says otherwise is full of shit.

The way i see it, i live in california this entire state has brown fucking haze over it ALL THE TIME, so id rather stay in my house and inahle fresh cannabis smoke then a million peoples exhaust my lungs are fucked anyways, im sick of caring about dying, have fun living your life not worrying about the end who cares if its bad for ya, make you happy? good then stop talkin bout it and go out and do it
