I dont see any signs of male genetailia anywhere.

Male balls grow in clusters not just by themsleves.

If you see more balls in clusters, then you know for sure.

Keep looking as the male balls will grow on top of the initial ones and there you will see the clusters.

I'm with Hardon I dont see any male signs at all looks like pre female flower IMO.
