But then you have to take into to concideration of the federal officer who stumbles on this site, finds nude picures on site, see nothing to stop minors from viewing, then forces cannabis.com to close through laws governing minors.

And making this site over 18 only wouldnt help, cos minors would still get on, it would jsut be a way of ron covering his ass and im sure hes mroe rensponsible than that.

On an aside, nude pictures (we'd prefer folks refrain from posting such images if at all possible) are not automatically "porn" - anyone doubting that need only visit a book store, library, etc and browse the "arts" or "health" sections; point is that one must take into account context of the postings ... "art", "health", "satire", etc ... the mods have much discretion and flexibility in moderation.

Secondly, folks who are so offended by folks posting some nude pics or whatnot that they must create a whole production out of the whole situation need to chill a bit...

Due to the real-time nature of the boards, it can sometimes take awhile for mod(s) to take action on a particular post/thread...

The entire mod team consists strictly of volunteers who help when they can - some are on most times per day, some only a few times daily, etc - to reiterate, mods help when they are able...

Folks seeking a totally controlled environment may do better to visit elsewhere; some sites require all messages to be hand-approved by a mod before being posted; that's way too extreme for here - there's a fine line between moderation and all out supression of speech and expression; we strive to maintain a relaxed atmosphere at cann.com.
