That fucker!!! I go in and give him 5 dollors for gas and i also ask for some rolling papers and he asked me how old i was and I told him i am 17 and he says No...So I asked him why he wouldent sell me rolling papers and he said because I was too young. I told him how old should i be to buy rolling papers and he said 18 so I asked what he thought i was going to use the papers for and he said he dident care. I told him one secound and got my mom to buy them for me and i also told her to tell the guy that i wanted a blunt too and sum insence But still the guyz a fucking moron!

I got carded back in the day when i was 17 for papers also . But i just said "yeah sure" and showed him my ID.. got lucky I guess. Its also very hard to find the DOB on a colorado ID.

Are you in the US (or another country where selling tobacco products to minors is illegal)? If so, he's not a moron. He's doing his fucking JOB. He and the company he works for could be fined up to $1000 for each offense, if he is caught - with potential jail time for multiple offenses. His boss will also fire him, because it's his boss that will be liable. Like it or not, the law is the law, and calling someone a moron for obeying it makes YOU the moron.
