if I keep the heat pad on it till I go in the bathroom will I have to worry about the tempiture being to hot?

Not likely, but you can always check the temp of your sub just before entering the collection site. The other alternitive is to just use body heat as I discribe in the substitution guidelines linked to in my signature. You may want to try using only body heat with a 2oz bottle and water as practice.
One last piece of advice. ALWAYS crotch the sample before entering the collection site. You may be ask to empty your pockets by the collector.

Suprise Drug Test At Work I'm a 50 yr. old 255lb. pot smoker and I smoke every day after work and sometimes before.I have been dieting and I started a 7 day liquid protien,fruit juice and water fast to kick this diet off (lost 8lbs.)Tommorow 7/9 is the last day of the fast. Here's my problem,the counter man at work stumbled on an email that they are going to drug test the week of invetory which is the 15th.Found this out on the 5th so I stopped,maybe they will maybe they won't.Can somebody please tell me how to get Rating: 5

The heat pad goes on the side opposite of the temperature gauge and you will definitely not want the pad on the side touching your skin because it is hot enough to have you squirming in the waiting room.

Also, you usually end up using only about half of the bottle so that it might still be enough for another test, heated up in a cup of coffee.
Just don't use my cup.
