    Should I put under fluro's

Ive germinated my seeds there about 3cms high, ive started adding small amounts of nutes and ive left them in a propargator sitting on a window sill. They dont seem to be doing alot. Should I move them into my grow cabinet and put them under the fluro's, im gonna use 2 125w blue spectrum lights. Im a little worried that they might strech.

Can anyone help it would be greatly appreciated as this is my first grow.

No Nuts.. to early.... Keep the flors as close as you can to the plants (1cm)..
They will be ready for HPS in 10 days.... HPS 24 inches from top of plant with fan/airflow blowing on plants.. move HPS 1 inch closer to plants every day until 6-16 inches from top of plants depending on airflow and HPS wattage..

With adequate air flow you can get lights right on top of your plants which will really enhance your yield and density of buds..

    good luck...
