I doubt the majority of the world's leaders smoke. If I was the dealer to the president, I think I would have to quit dealing, rat him out, and get a multimillion dollar book deal.

Bush also admitted to smoking weed, but I doubt Clinton was a habitual user. Maybe he was, I don't know. But I think most potheads who want to change the world find avenues other than politics, like music. Almost every awesome musician and band I can think of smokes/smoked weed. And who has more influence on the thoughts of today's people, the Grateful Dead or whoever was congressman for Texas in the 70s?
